Absinthe Mata Hari comes as the 'Green Fairy' from the Old Vienna Liqueur Museum and is manufactured according to the original recipe from 1881.
This is one of the highest thujone bitter spirits available in Germany without anise, but with a high proportion of wormwood oil. The color is emerald green and although no Anise is included, this absinthe opalizes strongly with ice-cold water. The taste of this absinthe is very discreet cause of its special blend of herbs.
