The Absinthe Hapsburg Extra Strong X.C. Cassis Blue is one of the strongest of the Hapsburg Absinthe family. By adding ice-cold water and a piece of sugar cube in a mixing ratio of 1:3 you can create an interesting modern Absinthe with an extraordinary cassis taste. Especially in the summer months it is a refreshing highlight to enjoy on the terrace in the evening.
The blue colour is caused by food colouring. The extra Strong Hapsburg Absinthe Cassis blue is not a naturally pure Absinthe, but modern pop influenced.
Its alcohol content of 89.9% by volume is exceptionally high, which allows for higher mixing ratios with water, since alcohol is also a flavor carrier.
This Hapsburg Absinthe is produced by the spirits manufacturer Pallini in Italy. It is initiated by the English company Wine & Spirit International ltd. whose owner is Dale Sklar.
